AFTERNOON TEA PARTY

Let us tell you all about Afternoon Tea Parties.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

How to make a perfect cup of hot WildCastle Tea

  1. Start with fresh, cold water. Definitely, the better the water quality, the better your tea tastes.
  2. Place your WildCastle tea bag in your favorite cup or mug.
  3. Bring water to a complete boil until you see those little water bubbles forming and immediately pour over your tea bag.
  4. Steep for a good 3 to 5 minutes. The longer the steep, the stronger the taste.
  5. Remove the tea bag, relax and enjoy!
  6. Serve it “clear” or try it with honey, milk or sugar. Add a bit of lemon to give it that zest if you dare.

How to brew a perfect cup of WildCastle Loose Leaf Tea

1. Boil water in your tea kettle

2. Pour a little hot water into your tea cup to get it ready. While waiting for water to come to a boil, add the appropriate amount of loose leaf tea to your tea infuser. Place the tea infuser inside your teapot or mug.

3. When the water reaches the desired temperature, pour it over the tea infuser into your mug or teapot. This will allow the water to circulate through the leaves.

4. Time your tea. (See our timer chart) Once the time is up, dunk the infuser a couple of times to circulate the water. Remove the infuser and set aside for a second steeping.

5. Serve in your favorite mug, or pour over ice for a satisfying iced tea.
